MoxieMoms Memorial Garden Gala
Celebrating Growth, Community, and Legacy

When: Sunday, June 22, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Where: MoxieMoms Memorial Garden (Corner of 5th & Spring Street, Marquette)

Join MoxieMoms and the greater community for a joyful and heartfelt morning of planting at the MoxieMoms Memorial Garden. This special event brings together families, neighbors, and friends to help grow a beautiful space in honor of the mothers we've lost and the legacy they leave behind.

In partnership with the Marquette County Conservation District (MCCD) and Designs By Nature UP Native Plants, we’ll be planting native flowers and plants—both purchased and donated—to create a lasting, blooming tribute. Whether you bring your own green thumb or simply your spirit of support, your presence will help this garden thrive.

How to Donate Plants
Pre-order individual plants or flats to be donated and planted on your behalf.
Visit: www.marquettecd.com
Click the Store tab and shop by 5/31/25.
Be sure to write “Moxie Moms” in the comment section at checkout so your donation goes directly to the garden.

All donated plants will be picked up by MoxieMoms at the 6/8/25 walk-up sale and will be ready for planting on the day of the event. You do not need to pick up your donation—MoxieMoms will take care of everything. Even if you’re not local, this is a great way to support our mission and contribute to a meaningful community space.

Let’s grow something beautiful together.
