Moxie Monday’s Meet-Up
Join us for an informal, compassionate gathering for individuals who have experienced the loss of a child. Meetings are led by a licensed social worker or therapist and provide a safe, supportive space to share, listen, and connect with others who understand.
What to expect
Small-group conversations in a confidential, nonjudgmental setting
Facilitator-led topics and open sharing time
Past topics include self-compassion, navigating grief during the holidays, and practical coping strategies
Emotional support, validation, and resources for further help
Who should attend
Anyone coping with the loss of a child—parents, guardians, or close family members
People seeking peer support alongside professional guidance
Logistics
Informal drop-in format; you do not need to register in advance (confirm details with the hosting organization)
Meetings are facilitated by a licensed social worker or therapist experienced in grief work
Bring whatever you need to feel comfortable; participation can be vocal or simply listening

Join us for the Little Angels Memorial Walk on May 17th at Van Cleve Park
This special, family-friendly event honors families affected by pregnancy and infant loss. We’ll gather at 12:30 PM, beginning with a brief moment of silence to remember the babies who are forever in our hearts, followed by a peaceful memorial walk starting at 1:00PM.
Coffee will be available, along with activities for children, creating a supportive and welcoming space for all.

Moxie Dads Golf Fundraiser
Dads Golfing to Fundraise for Infant Loss, Miscarriage and Perinatal Loss
Join us for a meaningful day on the green as dads come together to raise funds and awareness for families affected by infant loss, miscarriage, and perinatal loss. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just out for a good time with friends, this event offers competitive play, fun side challenges, and community support.

9-hole scramble format — play as a 4-person team; carts included
Fun contests and activities at multiple holes for bragging rights

Mom Prom 2026
Ladies, it’s almost time for the most fun, most uplifting, most laughter-filled night of the year! MoxieMoms is bringing our annual Mom Prom back to Marquette on February 7th, 2026, and you’re invited to gather your girls, get glammed up, and dance the night away for an amazing cause.
While the theme will be announced soon (and trust us… you’re going to LOVE it 👀), you can still secure your spot for a night designed just for YOU—full of music, dancing, laughs, and memories you’ll be talking about all year.
The event will be held at Ore Dock Brewing Co.

Join MoxieMoms and the greater community for a joyful and heartfelt morning of planting at the MoxieMoms Memorial Garden. This special event brings together families, neighbors, and friends to help grow a beautiful space in honor of the mothers we've lost and the legacy they leave behind.
In partnership with the Marquette County Conservation District (MCCD) and Designs By Nature UP Native Plants, we’ll be planting native flowers and plants—both purchased and donated—to create a lasting, blooming tribute. Whether you bring your own green thumb or simply your spirit of support, your presence will help this garden thrive.
How to Donate Plants
Pre-order individual plants or flats to be donated and planted on your behalf.

Be sure to write “Moxie Moms” in the comment section at checkout so your donation goes directly to the garden.
All donated plants will be picked up by MoxieMoms at the 6/8/25 walk-up sale and will be ready for planting on the day of the event. You do not need to pick up your donation—MoxieMoms will take care of everything. Even if you’re not local, this is a great way to support our mission and contribute to a meaningful community space.

For families and loved ones affected by childloss in ANY form (miscarriage, stillborn, adult children, etc) whether you have experienced this profound loss firsthand or wish to show your support for someone dear to you who has, everyone is invited.
What to expect: Begin your morning with a complimentary cup of coffee as we gather to honor the memories of our precious angel babies. Join fellow mothers and families as we walk around the island, sharing in our collective journey of grief and healing.
After the walk, participate in a heartfelt activity where families can inscribe their child's name on a rock, contributing to a memorial garden/green space that MoxieMoms is creating. Rain or shine, we will be together.
